Static 2D contains functionality necessary for building modules, i.e. setting, editing and calculation of cross-section characteristics as well as materials as separate positions. Settings can be realized separately or by combination of dialogs (geometry by text values) and graphical (by mouse) in cooperation with property dialog for values. For way of inputs insertion see general inputs insertion styles.
Materials and cross-sections can be saved as separate positions. The way brings a possibility for multiple usage of given types in project positions. After this manner set of types rise, that are local for project and can be combinated with types defined in catalogs. All characteristics have to be set for given material. Standard material are located in catalogues.
Static 2D offers predetermined, easy complemented set of cross-sections. Cross-section statical characteristics are calculated automaticaly for single kinds of cross-sections. There is possibility insert a reinforcement areas, locations in cross-sections and material characteristics for reinforcement design. Cross-section characteristics (dimensions and statical characteristics) can be used as input values in other programs (e.g. Frameworks).
